My rollers don't match up with these skid marks so any ideas what else might have caused these marks?

So this is a question for all of you with these roller marks.....did you find dry rot in your slide as a result of the excess wear from your slide not being properly adjusted and causing these wear marks therefore allowing water and moisture to come through the small holes caused by this excess...

I'm curious about if your bedroom slide rollers match up perfectly with these skid marks? Is that the case? Thank you!

Has anyone ever had two perfectly centered skid marks on the bottom visqueen portion of any of their slides running front to back? Particularily the front bedroom slide of a fifth wheel. They appear to be like someone set the visqueen down on the ground and skidded tires across them. Does...

Oh and I forgot to mention that the largest Heartland dealer in Oregon said that it would be better if the factory did the work because they are better equipted to do the work. So they made it sound like they didn't want to take on the responsibility of doing the job. So we are stuck now.

I own a 2010 Heartland Sundance 33RLB. We bought it brand new for around 45K and it has never been in any recks or accidents. The trim where the bottom of the cap meets the side wall on the outside of the 5th wheel is separating/flexing/cracking out (about an 8 inch section on the door side)...
