How do you carry your bicycles

Bikes on Front of Truck Okay, so I broke down and got a front receiver hitch for my Silverado 2500HD. Yes, it takes a little getting used to, but hey, I feel a WHOLE lot better when I can see the bikes than when I can't! Went to Door County, WI, with them and it worked out pretty well. When I...

Curt E-100 Bumper Mount Receiver Hitch

Thanks for the response! I guess this won't be an option for me after all.

    Wall Mount Television

TV Mounting I have a 26 inch flat screen and have dealt with this mounting issue for over a year. I finally found a tv mount at WalMart (Sanus Model F18-Low Profile) that worked for me. With a 26 inch TV, there isn't a great deal of weight. This mount is small and is made to mount directly...

Curt E-100 Bumper Mount Receiver Hitch

Hi, Has anyone used one of these bumper hitches? I am in need of a method for hauling bikes, and this seems to be pretty cheap and easy. I already have a 2-inch receiver hitch bike rack, so it makes sense for me. Will the sewer hose bumper support the weight of 2-3 bikes and a bike rack on my...

How do you carry your bicycles

I was wondering if anyone has used the Curt E-100 bumper mount hitch for carrying bicycles. It seems like a pretty cost-effective method for hauling bikes around, especially if someone already has a 2-in receiver hitch-mount bike rack. Does the sewer hose bumper support enough weight to hold...

looking to buy a 28 bhs

Hey tmjohns76, I know of a lot of 28BHS owners who absolutely LOVE their TTs! You might want to check out the North Trailers forum and see what they have to say. www.northtrailtalk.com John :) (I own a 28BH 5th wheel)

    Just got weighed

You definitely should get your axle weights computed, especially your rear axle rating. That one is pretty important, at least in my mind. John

    North Trail

Wayne, I know your post was quite a while ago, but I wanted to let you know that I recently purchased the 28BH 5ver and love it! One of the main reasons we love it is that it has the bunk area in back for our daughter so she has her own sleeping area and we don't have to set up and tear down a...

    2009 North Trail Brochure

After going through my new docs for the 2009 North Trail 28BH 5ver, I came across the info for the owners club and forum. So, it appears to be in the manuals for the new trailers.

    Fresh Water Tank Location

Okay, so my 28BH sounds like it has the opposite setup. I have a single drain on the off door side, and so I assume then that this must be directly under the fresh water tank. My door side has the two drains, so those must be the low point drains. Thanks for the info!

What's up with YOUR North Trail travel trailer?

We finally got our baby home! Definitely takes up a lot of space in our driveway, but are loving it. Can't wait to take it out and "break" it in. Haven't seen any posts from any North Trail 5vers yet. Hope there are more out there!

    Fresh Water Tank Location

Hi, When you say "door" side, do you mean the driver's door side? The door side of the RV has two drains, while the slide side (driver's) has only one. John Admin: Door Side of the RV (vs. Off Door Side) :)

    Fresh Water Tank Location

Hi, I was just wondering where, exactly, is the location of the fresh water tank in my 28BH 5ver. Is it accessible from inside the rv or not? Is it below the freshwater drain on the port side of the rv? Also, what are the two drains on the starboard side underneath (one red and one blue)? John
