    Dometic RM1350

We left home a month ago and our refrigerator worked for about 4 days, then the temperature started rising. It got as high as 60 once but mostly hovered in the low 50s. Went to a rally in Michigan and got lots of suggestions as to what might be wrong. After 3 weeks we had it evaluated in...

    Windish RV/Denver, CO. Positive experience

We didn't buy our 2011 Landmark from Windish but went there for service. They had it for 3 weeks and didn't fix anything. They just said "that's normal" all the time. They didn't fix our air conditioner or fantastic fan. We finally had to hire an independent repairman to fix both of these...

    Dave & Julie's Alaska Adventure

On your way back, you should fish the Kenai if you have your own gear along. The fish are running 8-9 pounds. The reds should be quite a ways up stream from Soldotna by now ( still good fishing in town)...... Watch the road between Palmer and Valdez. It gets pretty bouncy in places. It is not...

    Dave & Julie's Alaska Adventure

We are also pulling a Landmark around Alaska. Currently in Valdez. We stayed in that park a couple of weeks ago. Try a meal at the Sourdough Express in Homer....you won't regret it. Right now the reds are hot on the Kenai if you like to fish. Try digging clams in Ninilchik if you hit a negative...

    Dual Pane Windows?

We have the Kinro windows. Had a problem with three of them. One sucked out while driving....left the inside window intact. Could have happened while passing a truck. The glue on a rear window came loose. I understand that Mobile Suites and one other have stopped using these windows due to...

    Window Issues Anyone?

These are the frameless dual pane windows and it appears that the glue holding it on the top gave way. Then it separated and hung out from the top and started bouncing. We're in Alaska and are supposed to get it replaced when we get to Anchorage. We have another window that has the same...

Estes Park Co. to Central City Co. via Rocky Mtn. Nat. Park

We live just outside Fort Collins, CO and have driven the peak to peak several times. Can't think of any reason you would have any problems.

    Window Issues Anyone?

Good news. Heartland is going to replace the window!!!

    Window Issues Anyone?

Our Rushmore is new (Feb) and the problems never quit. Most recent one - the outside window on one of the dual panes over the couch shattered and then fell completely out. We have it taped in and had to tape one on the other side so it doesn't keep opening while we're driving. We really look...

    Bathroom sink drain

Thanks to suggestions I went in and pushed down hard on the lever under the sink.....success....it grudgingly moved a bit more. I got it to go up another 1/8 in or more. Now it drains satisfactorily. Thanks!

    Bathroom sink drain

The drain in our bathroom sink only opens about 1/8 of an inch making draining very slow. Does anyone know of a fix? The movement of the lever under the sink seems to be going at full range. Two service departments have looked at it with no success.:mad:
