Can someone tell me how to get the 3" diameter round flat bulb covers out of the ceiling? I need to replace a bulb over the stove area.

OK. I had never heard of placing a pizza stone in the oven before. It makes sense to cook with an even heated surface under the rack, but do you have to adjust cooking times?

The central vacuum system has malfunctioned and I'd like to know what company makes it. It continually runs and won't shut off when plugged in.

Dave, We have the tank 2/3 full of water. We don't hear the pump trying to run. Therefore, we think the pump does not work. Thanks, Mauna

We tried to put bleach in water holding tank to sanitize the tank, but when we turned the switch on, it did NOT pull the bleach into the tank. We made sure the knob was in the right position, but it didn't work. We are now assuming the pump, which is brand new, isn't working or burned out.

Thanks! Now, one more question: What is the turn on and off switch for, which is located near where the water goes into the unit?
