2600#. My reese 20K slider will take 5000# at the pin and I think heartland rates the trailer at 2400# empty.

Well after 50+ days of waiting for warranty parts to take delivery, we finally have got it!!!! I did weigh my 2011 Ram 3500 mega cab 4X4 prior to delivery and have the following; Front axle- 4900#, complete truck full fuel and 1 driver- 8420#, rear axle- 3600#. Now weights with trailer fully...

why do we all spend a boat load of money on upper end units and not expect perfection. if you can see the small stuff it makes you wonder what you cannot see. if the manufacturer thinks everything is ok they have no need to change procedure.

Thats what I thought, cannot get by the receptionist to the higher ups, keeps asking me for my state and i am back to origional person. It just baffles me that it takes 2-3 weeks to get parts and now that they have shown up they are the wrong ones. A 3855Fl fender skirt should fit a 3855 FL...

Funny you should say call heartland. I did do that and the customer service rep had the attitude when we get them you will get them. Wood work was not completly finished in spots, doors broke, rollers left to big indents in floor linoleum. bent door tracks, expanda foam not completly filling...

The unit is very nice. The quality of work from the factory on the wood work and waiting for warranty parts is a hole different story. Bought it 30 days ago and still do not have.
