The warranty is piece of mind when I purchased our bighorn the dealer offered the warranty at cost 7 years $100 deductible and he put me on the phone with warranty people the cost was $1000 I'm sure he made something but who's to say I really like my dealer......so I'm good with that......

realist why cant they show something on the record that yes there was or is a problem.and that they tried to fix it they cant even tell me that they did weld it or whatever. so i can have a piece of mind maybe. or the poor guy or gal i pawn it of to or might just keep it as a big billboard...

mine had to go back for the frame flex its a 2012 bighorn they sent it back i called heartland .and asked for some kind of invoice of what was done to my camper and was told i wouldnt understand . the invoice my fithwheel is at the dealer im not taking delivery off it until they can produce...

i dont have a toy hauler but my bighorn is a 2012 and at the factory for this problem....................

good luck they have had mine there for broken welds for a month so far i called now they wont be starting on it till after dec.has anyone ever had any luck having heartland extend there warranty for the time they have the trailer so far they have had it all together about 5 months of my warrenty...

sounds like you sold it you lucky dog. hope you didnt loose to much my 2012 is still at factory getting frame fixed when it comes back it will be bye bye bighorn.....

it could be there just so frustated im in the same boat im very upset that i spent my hard earned money on a rv that in my thinking had no quaility control at all ive had problems with it from day one.no one told me i had to be a handy man and help build my trailer. owned it about 8 months maybe...
