Well, The North Trail towed well on the way down to DC. Finally, after having the unit for six months I was not white knuckled driving. Unfortunately, on my way home after the Marathon a woman side swiped my trailer and it was totaled. I really wish I could consider another Heartland product...
Well, I will be taking the newly fixed rig to Washington D.C. This week. I will let you all know how she Tow's. BTW, I am running the Marine Corp Marathon. Can't wait!
Definately sounds like a bad axle. I had the same issue. Here is my thread . Lippert replaced both my axles. I believe they warrantee those axles for two years. Good luck.
They fixed the axles and made adjustments to the ball height. I only have brought it home from the dealer and spent 10 minutes or so on the highway. It does seem to be better. We are going on a family vacation later this month to D.C.. This is a trip from Massachusetts, so I will definately have...

BTW, you also might want to throw a level on em.. Here is what mine looked like . They will probably cover the tires to, if they cover the axle. Plus with the axle flattening out it will also but too much weight on the "good" axle which will result in 2 bad axles. At least that's what my dealer...
Ok, I feel like I am a satellite TV GURU after getting mine hooked up. Take a look at this thread that I started in April. It took me a few tries but I figured it out. I will cut and paste comment #17 below which describes the steps to hook up your satellite to make all your tv's work off of one...
My son and I have watched the Ultimate Factories (Winnebago Company). I know that Heartland does not make most of there own parts but is this basically how you guys build your trailers (minus the obvious difference that the show is utlizing the build of a Class A)?
