Bought the Trailsaver BD3 last October and used it for the first time last weekend. Quite a difference from towing with the rigid Reese. Smooth ride, no chucking and easy hook up. Definitely has my vote.

I ordered the Steadyfast system directly from Steadyfast for our 2985 and had it installed last month by the dealer where we purchased the RV. We used them last week for the first time and they worked extremely well.

Thanks to all for the input. I removed the plugs and screws and are now free to move the table. Haven't had it move at all!

Point taken gottoys. Your definition/acceptance of inferior design and poor quality is obviously much different than mine.

I have the same issue on our 2985RL Big Horn. Hadn't seen this before in any of our previously owned FW so contacted Heartland and they stated this is the way they're built. I consider this to be a major quality/design flaw.

I find the speakers in my new 2011 2985 RL to be of inferior quality and plan to replace at the first opportunity.
