Apparently I was not clear-I did give parts the serial number of the unit and the production documentation indicates a Hehr window. The glass indicates Kinro. That is the issue which is correct???? are they intechangable??? Thanks

We had a vent installed and had to remove due to keeping the vent from opening. You can buy a uniit from camping world but make sure it is a larger unit that allows for the vent to open automatically.

byran and Ray-the issue is not the condensation. The issue is the panes are separating. You can see the bottom of one pane through the window. I understand the panes are glued around the edges. When they separate is there a guarantee?

I did have a sagging gray water bathroom shower tank. Heartland did pay to have tanks reinforced by a mobile rv tech. The factory comment was tanks sag when they get water in them.

Bryan, I just repaired the day and night shade. I did have to remove the valance and the day and night shades were screwed into the wall which damages the day and night shade. Why aren't the shades on clips that can be removed and why aren't the valances on valance supports rather then screwed...
