I think the reply below sounds great. I should check it out. I am not that technical! :)
My bedroom slide leaks in the same spot. Through theory, I figure it is kind short compared to the others and does not slope away from the camper enough. We try to make sure our camper, if it is out of...
We just had the same problem on our Sundance. All the slides leaked and two out of three roof vents, but it was worst at the back of the living room slide. I saw the other leaks. Put fans on them and mopped up what I could. Just today (three days later), I noticed that there was water under the...
Thanks for all the replies. I just purchased a 32 gal barker, 4 wheel. Little expensive, but I sure it will be worth it. With all the good reviews, I feel much better about this one.
And I do have one of those macerator pumps. That thing is nice!
I did a quick search and didn't find anything.
Has anyone used these or have opinions about them? We will be staying couple of weeks in a campground that doesn't provide utitilies, but has a dump station. I know we will need to release some gray water and most likely black water during those...
Thanks to all for your comments!!!!
Excellent advice. I really appreciate it.
I was told by a tire dealer, what is actually on my trailer now is a good tire. (still china made... what does that say to me.)
I will be looking for tires next summer. I will give it one more year (which will...
That is why I worry so. Its not the blown tire, but the damage it causes. A friend just had the same problem. Took out a bunch of stuff. What a pain.
I might let them slide one more year, two at the most. Thanks.
I was told by another RVer that you should replace your RV tires every couple of years. Any opinions and experiences on that?
We're new to this and have had our RV 3 years now.
I worry to death about a blow out. I realize it can happen, no matter how careful you are. We do check our...
Thanks for the info guys. I was thinking about an electric blanket for the bed, to take that chill off! Whew!!! Sometimes that thing is cold to climb into. :)
I was going to put in a digital thermostat. I noticed this past November trip that the temp dropped pertty good before the heat kicked...
Guys, when you are traveling down the road and it's freaking cold, do you leave your heat on in the RV while you travel? We were coming home and stopped at the ole walmart stop-over and it was freaking cold. :) WHEW! It took a long time to warm up in there. And our bed was SO cold. LOL
Thanks.
I am a new RVer and when we purchased this spring, I bought a cover for storage. We purchased a Sundance 2900MK, 5th wheel.
Is putting one of these covers on pretty easy? Any tips from experienced RVers? Besides building a pole barn! LOL
