Thanks for all the responses. We do have the lighter pecan wood cabinets, and if this were a 10 year old RV I wouldn't hesitate to paint them, but I'm afraid in an almost new RV it would ruin any resale value should we have to get rid of it. We did put lexan on our door which helps, no doubt...

I wish there were a way to make the interior lighter. We have a wonderful skylight in our bathroom but the rest of the RV is dark; as in we have to turn on the lights during the day. It's a combination of awnings on the windows to keep the sun off, big patio awning, dark tinted windows and...

I want the thank Elaine H. at Heartland for all of her work in helping me get my awning replaced and now working on a cracked rim on my big horn The awing ripped at the top track. this was caused by bad installation. when installed the awning was hanging 6 inches out of the track.

I had the same problem with my refer, check the top and see if the factory installed slam latches if they did the drilled into the Freon lines and your refer lost all of its Freon we are on our third refer Jon
