This is what I found on the roof last Nov. when I went to clean it and calk all of the seams on the roof. I noticed that across the front of the rv, the decking was lifting.
Also along both sides of the rood there is now channel, after the last rain here in Mesa there is standing water along...

Thanks for all the responses. We do have the lighter pecan wood cabinets, and if this were a 10 year old RV I wouldn't hesitate to paint them, but I'm afraid in an almost new RV it would ruin any resale value should we have to get rid of it. We did put lexan on our door which helps, no doubt...

The awing ripped at the top track. this was caused by bad installation. when installed the awning was hanging 6 inches out of the track.
yes there is when be bought or coach the dealer had a fridgidare tech look at the refer when it would not cool the Freon lines are for frost control I use a bunge cord to keep door closed

I had the same problem with my refer, check the top and see if the factory installed slam latches if they did the drilled into the Freon lines and your refer lost all of its Freon we are on our third refer
