Don’t hold your breath. CW are the worst RV company / supplier in the market. I dropped my memberships. They have a crappy attitude towards customers once they make the sale. There parts stores are just as bad.

As an example of a product that will etch Fiberglass and destroy decals is …. Deep Woods Off. Do not spray it around your unit. If the over spray lands on your unit.. it’s too late

You need to be careful that it does not mark the fiberglass. Make sure you read the label. Some products have an ingredient that etches the fiberglass and will stain decals.

Clean the 2 tabs that stick out of the door that go against the casement when you open/ close the door. They get dirty and don’t make contact. I have cleaned mine a number of times. Use a small piece of sandpaper and clean tabs and plate that they butt against

Eternabond is different. Contact Dicor before you put anything on the roof. They are usually good to deal with and you have nothing to lose

Heartland as always in the past installed 2 . One inch side of the frame. Look at the same spot on the passenger side. Should be an overfill pipe there as well.

There should be 2 overfill spouts that are on each side of the tank. They are suppposed to protrude out on each side of unit around the frame. Usually behind the wheels

It looks like the rubber roof is splitting. Contact Dicor and tell them you have pics of the issue. It should have a 12 yr warranty on the product. They may offer you some money , maybe new roofing materiel, ( installed at your expense) or they may feel it is from lack of maintenance. You will...

Are you looking at a towable/ 5 th wheel. If so. It all depends on your tow vehicle. If you do not currently own a tow vehicle… do not buy under size vehicle … safety is your priority

Also when filling the tank keep the pressure relief valve closed. Your water heater must have a small amount of air at the top for expansion. If you open the pressure valve and allow air to escape your tank will fill to the top. When the water expands there is no room and it forces the pressure...

Certainly looks like an overflow pipe, usually there is one on the drivers side as well
