You need to be careful that it does not mark the fiberglass. Make sure you read the label. Some products have an ingredient that etches the fiberglass and will stain decals.

Clean the 2 tabs that stick out of the door that go against the casement when you open/ close the door. They get dirty and don’t make contact. I have cleaned mine a number of times. Use a small piece of sandpaper and clean tabs and plate that they butt against

They look very slack. If your unit is still under warranty,have dealer adjust. If not under warranty I would contact a mobile repair company and have them complete the adjustment.

it will be tight. My door opening is 28.1/4 inches wide. No issue getting the old stuff out. A little challenging with the new stuff but it did fit by tilting it sideways. New couch was 28 inch wide and then had wrapping. Tight fit but it’s in. Make sure you measure your new furniture closely.

Are you saying 1200 lb torsion bars or 12000 lb bars. If they are 12000 lbs capacity . I would say they are too strong and the torque is bending your hitch.

I would contact your NTSB and send them pics. This is a real safety concern. Maybe they have had other reports in the same issue.

There should be a round opening in the shower. Remove the cover. This may allow you to see where the leak is … it’s probably not going to allow you access to fix it. Depending where your shower is located in your unit , you maybe able to access from another wall area .

What strength are your torsion bars. Maybe too strong for your need. I have a friend who bent his hitch on the truck. Torsion bars were too strong for the hitch. You maybe put too much tension on the trailer frame. Just a suggestion.
