Happy New Year gang, thought I would close out my personal experience with this situation with the latest update -- On Christmas Eve we received the Towmax "Sorry that you had an issue with our tires, but: you didn't keep them inflated properly; you over loaded them; or you pulled your trailer...

Just saw this thread...thought the same thing; trip to Ikea, HomeDepot...add in a few hours of finishing and floor mounting. Ba'da bing...three drawer dresser looks just like it belongs.

Funny...ours won't turn on unless I screw with it for 20min.

So many opinions on the web pertaining to tires for our coaches...other than run away from the TowMax's and Marathons; as I don't want the expense of new wheels this leaves out the G614's; anyone have experience with other than the Ribs that Piet10 mentions above? And what about switching from...

Thanks Jim for the advise and insight... I have already started down to paths you outline, as for weighing my rig...did that last year under similar circumstances so I am fairly confident it wasn't or hasn't been overloaded, as for tire pressure I check that before each trip, that leaves speed...

Thought I would update the thread...contact TowMax Distributor, they want me to: 1) prep the carcasses for shipment (will do this over the weekend); 2) Get repair estimates for the rig (unfortunately I can't get an appointment until 10/03). The manufacturer will be contacting me about FedEx...

No TPMS, yes initial set of tires (I had planned on replacing them last May and put it off, shame on me) ....one second rolling along at 60, the next on the side of the road.

Yesterday while heading home from a weekend outing I got to experience not one, but two occurrences of these well designed and Quality Assured tires. First setting the scene: tires at proper pressure (80lb), speed under 65MPH, trailer weight below 14,000lbs, miles on tires TOTAL less than 1,000...

If you don't want to permanently mount your chock to the floor, check out Bolt It On...works really well and isn't hardmounted to your rig.

Re: 30C VIN tag inaccurate. Well dang it (or something to that affect) the axles on our coach either have the tags removed or completed obliterated so I can't tell if they are 6K or 7K axles. Maybe a PM to AJ for confirmation on what Support provided me....

Re: 30C VIN tag inaccurate. This is great to hear...I have a 2012 300C and when I contacted Cyclone earlier this year I was told that the BOM indicated I had 6K axles (I didn't look at the unit as it was in storage and lousy weather), so no luck on getting new sticker. Well now my trailer is on...

Filling out application for the "Been there, done that club"...at the Dealership no less. Luckily my front gear was most of the way down (please don't ask, stupid rookie mistake), damage $45.00 for new bed cover rail...I got OFF really lucky and will be looking into Butch's safety catch.
