Has anyone had trouble with the headrests or seat cracking on the theater chairs? We have a 2015 Bighorn 3750 FL, only one of the chairs is doing this.

Bob & Valerie, Were your repairs done at the factory? Our unit went to south Texas and we are still trying to get issues fixed. Heartland now has a Mobile tech coming out to work on our unit. Love the inside of our unit but have been extremely disappointed in the recall work done so far. Sharon

We were not happy at all with the cosmetics of the repair work. Heartland transported it back to our dealers to work on some of the cosmetics. We are still not happy that the sides are seamed where they were not before and that the pull tanks are over the back tire. They said they could not...

We have a 2015 Big Horn 3750FL that was recalled for stability issues. Heartland had our RV picked up over a month ago. They did send a transporter to pick it up and we were told we could not move it once we had been notified. We were initially told the repair would take about two weeks...
