People are always plugging and unplugging with out turning off the breakers. They get burned inside from the load making the receptacles weaker thus causing problems for others . I had a 30 amp one that was weak and almost burned mine up. If the plug doesn't go in hard receptacle could be weak

I guess one would think they would start out slow with the new models getting the fit right before ramping up production, after all its a big buck model.

I don't think they are required by the NEC code for a refrigerator circuit.

RV industry in general . For the money we spend on our rigs ,we have way too many problems.

On normal jobs if you don't do it right you get your walking papers ,run a few maybe the rest wake up. But maybe the bosses are getting bonuses.

When workers work on a quota system ,the faster they get done the earlier they go home

A receptacle should be tight . The fact that nothing is getting plugged in thru normal use ,it should stay tight. Maybe they are the 89cent specials . A better grade of receptacle might be a choice also.

If the inverters are unplugging from our fine highway system, has anyone tried replacing both plug and receptacle with twist lock?

Why were you trying toy run 2 15000watt ac units? You might have burned up the compressors. The Gen is only 6500watt?
