The front and rear of our trailers graphics are splitting.
I'm trying my best to not wax over or use anything on the vinyl that will deplete them.
Learned a lesson there with previous trailers.
I was wondering if the Heartland factory might keep the graphics sets on hand for trailers under...
Hadn't heard anything about the Lippert frames flexing until I noticed our 2012 Greystone doing it recently.
The screw cover trim frame caulking on the curbside panel under the bedroom is indicating movement.
After re-caulking the frame to panel area we noticed the caulk has a gap when the...
Thanx again so much for the replies everyone!
Small update:
Matt Cameron from Heartland got in touch with us!
One easy return phone call and all 4 items I noted will be sent along to us.
We are extremely happy with Heartland.
It's very uplifting to find a large company that has no problem...
I could see doing the entry door if 5th wheels go to the full wall slides.
The way the steps stow on the trailer kind of puts me off with the Petersen design.
Thanx donr and dane!
I will call HCS tomorrow for sure.
The few items are exterior things that kind of went sun damaged from the coach sitting so long at the dealer.
Nothing serious...
The inside is pristine and everything functions as advertised :)
Hi there...
We have a few broken items on a new 2012 Greystone 32RE we purchased locally this past April.
I really don't want to return the trailer to the dealer for simple warranty work.
Would it be possible to have Heartland just send us the parts?
We can do the work easily at home.
I'll say...
Allied Trailer on El Camino Ave.
Done a lot of business with these people.
Place looks like crap, yet they'll do you right.

Hi there,
That's a lot of trailer for a short 3\4 ton pickup IMO.
I might risk it myself, yet I'd have a rough time recommending the combo to anyone else.
Pretty sure a mild crosswind would be a little scary with that kind of weight behind a shortbox pick-up.
Oh my!
So glad to read this.
Had a feeling Heartland was a good choice.
Probably be bugging the forum a lot in the coming months when we finally get rolling with our Greystone.
Haven't gone anywhere in our new trailer yet and I've already beefed up a hinge on one overhead cabinet door on our GS 32RE.
Hoping it doesn't give us any trouble...I was afraid the hinge was going to rip out of the wood.
Odd you would bring this up Cody.
We actually ended up with our very first TT because of a WalMart parking lot show from a dealer.
This of course was back in 1995, yet the sales guy there invited us up to the dealer lot to have a look at a better selection.
I remember we sat in the nice 26...
