I could see doing the entry door if 5th wheels go to the full wall slides. The way the steps stow on the trailer kind of puts me off with the Petersen design.

Hi there, That's a lot of trailer for a short 3\4 ton pickup IMO. I might risk it myself, yet I'd have a rough time recommending the combo to anyone else. Pretty sure a mild crosswind would be a little scary with that kind of weight behind a shortbox pick-up.

Haven't gone anywhere in our new trailer yet and I've already beefed up a hinge on one overhead cabinet door on our GS 32RE. Hoping it doesn't give us any trouble...I was afraid the hinge was going to rip out of the wood.

Yup, We use a 1\2 inch clear vinyl hose cut to about 18" in length down the fill pipe. Takes a while to fill yet it works for getting a full tank. Good luck there...
