Just to let you all know that we just purchased a new 09 Heartland Cape Cod. What a headache it has been so far but the dealership has been superb while fixing all my problems with no warranty issues. The rear air conditioner had to be replaced, the kitchen and bathroom sinks leaked under the cabinets, the ceiling fan crashed into the slide out when it was retracted, and the trailair pin box bolts were all loose except one fell completely out. We had only towed it 40 miles. Now that they have fixed the leak in the black tank, fixed the leak in the freshwater tank and replced the fresh water pump twice, I believe we are ready to hit the road. Hopefully I didn't get a lemon.
