been about almost year and now the new improved cat 4 rated keypad is malfunctioning everytime it rains battery go's dead.again

:) silicone spray after re attachment helps to keep rubber from sticking to doors,works on many issues ive found and no oily black forms to rub off on your shirt.

Southco has sent us a new updated keypad that is getting activated next week so thanks to all who helped us get thru this we beleive they have got the bugs worked out

Re: keyless entry We also are having same issue with keyless 3 on dealer lot doing same thing battery last 2 days quit working the dealer had southco and heartland on phone southco was not very giving he said . I think they have issue as the model that is in 2011 keypad sounds as if it is not...

Congrat's we to have a new 3185RL we picked the cherry interior and went from a motorhome to the 5th wheeler and WoW these units have storage every where! really are in love with layout enjoy your travels .

we have just picked up our 3185rl loved the bathroom layout and open living space when at kitchen counter you have no cabnets to look thru when cooking and conversing three years of searching brought us to heartland.

We have Samsung system the manuals are well a pain to decipher had problems at first guess what defective receiver it was not me after all ---all is well now our problem was not able to get dvd door open then it would go into protect mode.
