Well we are using our TT this years unlike last year when we didn't get out at all but because of the lack of use I have forgotten what a switch is for, maybe someone can help. I have a 21FBS and the switch in question is in the bathroom. It is right below the battery, grey/black water and...
Ya I glad we got things worked out. The wife and I really like the trailer and plan on making up for not using it last year. The Son and Daughter in Law bought a TT this year and now we have a granddaughter so we can all get together and go RVing. That's what I'm really looking forward to...
I would like to say that I am back on board with Heartland and am a happy camper once again. After further contacts with customer service we have come to a mutual agreement on repairing my North Trail TT. I want to thank the people at Heartland for doing this and thank the folks here on this...
After looking at the pictures of your axles I wonder if installing the springs on top of the axles would help at all. I've been thinking of doing that to my 21FBS to gain more ground clearance. After looking at those pictures I wonder if I should weld on trusses to help support the center...
Yes I do understand that I have a responsibility to maintain this RV and I have done so. I also have an expectation on a 1 to 2 year old RV that I have taken the initiative to cover not to have to inspect every week or month. I did entered the trailer at least once a month to inspect for...
Good luck, I wouldn't expect any help from them. They basically told me to go pound sand. I think their there customer service sucks and at the end of my very polite conversation with Eric I told him so.
Well I take back what I said, after further dialog we reached a mutual and satisfactory...

I cannot believe they wouldn't even meet me half way and offer the materials. This delam didn't happen in the last month its been happening all through the last year and it wasn't discovered because I had it covered during the winter...
Well the frustration continues. I contacted by phone customer service at heartland manufacturing and talked to Eric. Got the same response, sorry but we cannot help with this because its out of warranty. They won't even meet me half way. I offered to do the install myself if they supplied...
Well just got an e-mail from Mr Roberts at Heartland and he basically said so sorry its out of warranty for a year so we will not help out. The extended warranty does not cover anything other than the mechanical and appliances. Just plain lousy quality in the materials and they know about it...

Ya its bad, the pictures don't show even half of the bubbles you can see with the eye. After reading the extended warranty I don't think that will cover it either as it appears that it only covers the mechanical things on the trailer. I think they should cover it, this should not...

Thanks for commenting. Yes I will be surprised if they do anything to help with this, although they should, its obviously inferior materials being used. I have contacted Heartland and sent them pictures of it. I contacted a RV repair facility yesterday and he said it would cost in the...
Got a lot of views, no one want to chime in here? Anyway another update. Turns out the Wife says didn't we pay for an extended warranty? I don't remember. Sure enough, payed 2000 dollars for a 6 year extended warranty now the fight begins.
Just an update to what I have found out so far about this problem. I had a friend talk to a RV repair facility, since he was going there for his rv, and said he is seeing a lot of these same problems. He is actually working on a 2012 trailer now with the same problem. Apparently Heartland...
