External hose hookup

We have a 2021 Heartland - Sundance Ultra-Lite SDTT 283 RB. There appears to be a quick connect hose connection but I cant find what I need. I just want about a 10ft hose that will connect to the RV and have a standard hose on the other end.

At this point, I would be ok changing it to a standard one.. not sure why this one is different.

This hose seems to look like it has the type of connector you have.

I see that the housing is black in color. Never seen one on any RV like that. Are we sure that this connection isnt a black tank flush?
