Wanted to pass on this letter of thanks from Lori & Joy from the Bedford County Humane Society. Thank you to all of those who contributed to our Heartland Gives Back selectee either with supplies or with money. As the ladies pulled away they were still praising your graciousness.
Thank you...
Williamsport, MD (South of Hagerstown) has a Jellystone Park. If you just want to rest a night, the Wal-Mart in Hagtown allows RVs (Exit 6B). There are 4 or 5 restaurants within walking distance.
You have the use of your friend's freebie hitch in YOUR truck now? You need to hitch up that Cyclone and start measuring. Get the 3010 as level as you can and then start playing with the height of the loaner hitch. Remember to have your toys in the garage just as you will be towing the unit...
As Porthole stated I run two styles of deflector; I have the stainless w/extension for the 350 and the Ultra-Fab Trail-Eze II for the 450. My original 5th wheel was a National RV Rage'N toyhauler..front nose was nearly vertical & box-like. It acted as a parachute going down the road. I started...
Here's a couple more I found:
'04 EZ-GO w/'09 Cyclone
'03 F350 w/'09 Heartland RV Cyclone 3210 (the day we picked her up)
'03 F350 w/'02 National RV Rage'N 30-5G
'09 F450 w/'09 Cyclone (Killen's Pond, DE)
Make sure that the 3950 has 16" tires and 6K axles on it. There were many problems with the 15"/ 5200 lb axle combo. I know that model year 2009 was the year that the change was made on the 3210s as I had one of each delivered to me.
Thanks for all your kind words everyone. Being Wagonmasters is one thing but this Chapter Leader gig is a whole 'nuther animal!! Thanks to the "Inner Circle" for keeping us on track.
The Cyclone has been emptied of her PA burden and is ready to roll north on Thursday. See Y'all around...
I have one of the Gen-Turi exhaust pipe sets. I found that the Cyclone roof is so tall that the A/C sucked in the exhaust fumes with the stock 3 pieces. Went to their website and was able to purchase an extension to get it up & over the A/C. I think I still need to add a 90* elbow though.
Greg,
Nona contacted the CG this morning and Golf Carts ARE allowed!! Now I have to decide....Cart for the crew or Harley for ME!!!! Unlike Duane, I can't fit both in the garage of the Cyclone!
I want to wish my bride Happy Anniversary today. 29 years ago we stood before an Italian Magistrate (and translator) in Bagnoli, Naples, Italy and agreed to share our lives together. At times I think the female translator ad-libbed a little and swayed the vows in Nona's favor but I agreed and...
Thanks to all the great folks who joined us this weekend. We tried to make it a relaxing weekend with lots of free time to do whatever you wished to do. Although we only had 2 pints of blood donated (Cheryl Horst & John Bylinski), we did have others who attempted to donate but were turned away...
Sorry to hear this but it's okay we'll just blame it on the Ball Team!! If you haven't done so already please contact the campground. I'm not exactly sure what their cancellation/refund policy is.
Dave
P.S. Hope the team fairs well.
If they are on Site 215, they better be high-tailing it outta there before tomorrow....that's where Jim & Cheryl are slotted!
Folks, we may be having fireworks at this rally!!!:p
