as jim mentioned check for loose duct cap. Mine was sloppy and vibrated a little. a little screw into my duct held it in place tight. no more ratle. Even duct tape would work

they have made some changes to the north trail from when we bought ours 2 yrs ago. The have added some stuff I wished we had. BUT we still like ours and they are nice units. have fun with the new toy.
