I've had similar issue with Tiara. Looking at a trailer there called next morning left message for sales person yo call us back so we could finish talking a deal. Never did get a call back. Thus I took my business elsewhere.

I purchased the 3760 El have not had any issues with cooling the trailer down. However I haven't been in extreme heat and humidity at same time either. I don't foresee issues from what I have seen so far from units.

I'm guessing the quality of the tour depends on who is leading it. We had a regional landmark manager as our guide. From bring greeted at the door to touring the plant was a great experience. The guide was in no hurry answered all questions and even after tour spent more time talking to us.

Possibly Google the brand & model regulator for reviews.See if others are having issues. Also contact a propane distributor or the regulator manufacturer, they be able to offer some suggestions as to what is happening. 3rd option might be utube videos alot of information their.
