Count John and I in for breakfast on Thursday

Peg not yet. He can not drive yet but hopefully by November he will be released to drive. We are still waiting for the heart monitor he has to wear that will show his heart rate. As long as it is steady for a week or so they will release him. SOOOOOO got my fingers crossed. Hope to see y'all there.

Made our reservation today....will be our second rally. Look forward to seeing everyone. Arriving on November 4 thru November 10..John Bell and Aletha Jeter.

Thank you all for the good wishes. They have several test planned to see why he fainted on the ladder. I have some information for David and will get it to the park before the weekend is over. John and I hope to see all of you soon.

John and I most likely will have to cancel. He fell off the ladder this afternoon and is I the hospital. They are monitoring him tonight and want to run test tomorrow to see what made him pass out. Will post again tomorrow

yep Jim...they left the food and beverages...although I was pushing for the ice cream to melt so I could eat it ...but it didn't ..think I have found some truly wonderful people and look forward to meeting more of the Heartland family..

John and I are really enjoying our time with the Heartland North Texas Chapter...first rally and are meeting some wonderful people...I have to take a minute to THANK Dan Mayer and Terry Hershberger for working on our fridge for over an hour to level it up and secure it so it would not tip out...

I guess I didn't say it right...it is not a a board in front of the Fridge...it is the board that the Frigidaire side-by-side sits on...the trim piece that runs from the top of the slide down also sits on this board... and this board runs under the stove over to the sink....the fridge is leaning...

We are having a problem with our Res. Fridge sliding while in travel....the support board under the fridge has broken away from the floor..which is no help either...we are stuffing pillows between the fridge and wall to try to keep it in during travel....the dealer has told me they have to order...

We have a 2015 Big Horn 3755 FL...we ordered slide toppers for all 5 slide outs ...when we took the unit in for installation the dealer said oops..they won't fit...the slide tops are too tall to allow for proper drainage?...anyway no toppers....which after I talked with other owners is just as...

2015 Heartland Big Horn Would trip off about 5 minutes after going off shore power The second replacement inverter sent (reworked) seemed to work things are doing well now

It seems that our Slide outs in the living room of our 3755FL do not seem to go out all the way...we can put our fingers between the wall and the back of the slide..is this normal or is there anyway we can adjust the cable slide system to open the slide all the way?

Thank you for that information...we don't plan on boondocking but we do live in a Hurricane area and I felt more secure knowing we had a way to have power if we lost it in the house. We did use the generator a few times on long trips...not stopping overnight ..just pulling over and chillin' out...

Welcome to Heartland Owners group...for sure join our group..we too are pretty new to this group and I can't tell you how helpful they have been...we have had 3 other rv's before this one and I have to say we have never been so welcomed before...Enjoy your unit..happy camping..

We have a 2015 Big Horn 3755FL and would like to add a generator to the unit...since this would be an after market item what would be the expected cost of this item?...I asked at the dealership where we purchased the unit and they said about $6K for a 5500 generator..that seemed high to me...I...

Re: A few thinks Heartland needs to address I agree about the shower door... had the unit for a month and only been out on one 3 day trip.... the shower door is yucky... were you at Disney Land or Disney World?.... hope to get to both places one day....appreciate any rv park info you can share

Re: Inverter for fridge problem I am happy to report that a 2nd replacement inverter was installed today and ...wait for it......IT IS WORKING...it was the same model the 1012 Mangum but had been rewired..the circut was rewired.. we left it on for about 3 hours before we pluged it in..hopefull...

Re: Inverter for fridge problem Have no idea where to look for that feature....will have to pull the book out and see if it says anything about a door warmer...I just know that traveling 45 minutes in 93 degree temps is not good for food in a fridge that has no power to it.

Re: Inverter for fridge problem We traded in a 2013 Voltage 3795 for our 2015 Big Horn 3755 FL...had trouble with the Voltage from day of purchase....had to replace motor in bedroom and living room slides twice..had to replace floor in living area..new microwave...window leaks...keyless entry...

Re: Inverter for fridge problem We have a 50 amp plug at home and keep our unit pluged in all the time...have had no problem with anything other than the fridge...had to have factory installed fridge replaced and when that was done we brought the unit home...prepared to take it out for a test...
