We have this same unit. Be sure to ask about the technical service bulletin others have mentioned. All I can say is ask for a 3rd air conditioner. I don't hear any of the Landmark people complaining about this issue, but most have 3 ac units. Other than the ac, we love our BH 3970! Look...

[Q I have a white box labeled "Front" with an arrow in the front where all of the harnesses for the leveling system seem to go to. Is that what you are referring to?Q] Yes, this is the box. We had changed ours to use the remote control and it had not been fastened.

Check the levelup box (ours is in the front basement) and make sure it is secure. Ours was dangling and the level up did this. It is a black box that has an antenna on it. It is not the box you use to auto level, etc.

We have a BH 3970RD and love it! We pull it with a dually Ford F-350. If you plan to travel where it's hot (100+), make sure you get 3 air conditioners. We only have two and they have a hard time cooling in that heat. We live in Texas. ;) You will love the Heartland product. Like has been...
