Glad that got cleared up. We bought our BH in Michigan because of HUGE price difference. We have had GREAT warrantee service at La Mesa here in Tucson. Service manager knows we bought in MI because La Mesa could not even get close to price.

If your unit is under warranty, they will replace your slam door. We have had ours replaced twice. 2010 Bighorn.

My slam door on our 2010 BH was replaced twice. I had contacted the factory after the first replacement to get the color code and they insisted that they replace it a second time. Works GREAT now. :angel:

With thanks to Jim Beletti and Jim Fenner ( Customer Service Manager ), I have my second replacement on my curb side slam door. Looks like Mor-Ride has fixed the problem. It does not appear to come even close to rubbing. Love our 2010-3055.:)

GEEZZEE Mine squeaks too. 2010 BH Must be a reason the factory does not fix this. Maybe to remind us old farts that it is the hot water side. HMMMM

Ours on our 2010 BH broke on our first use. Dealer replaced plastic unit with brass unit. I still put a plug on the end when not in use.

I am getting this done through the dealer. WILL be checking that everything is on the up & up. I refuse to use ST tires. The ONLY problem I have with Heartland is that they do not put LT tires on all their products. I do understand the economics of it though. Dick
