    Flipped bathroom door

These are 'After' shots, this is the door to the bathroom. The pocket door at he back of the image is to the bedroom, I slid it closed because the bright light was washing out the image. As you look at the picture on the far left of the images, the door was hinged on the bedroom side of the...

    Flipped bathroom door

On my 2014 Torque 291, the first thing my wife noticed was the way the door opened over the steps. She was concerned someone would fall coming out of the bathroom. I must admit the first time I was packing and putting things into the bathroom, I did take both steps at the same time because I...

Is there a right time to buy?

I had real good luck immediately following a big RV show. The one I got they 'let me have for the show price'. If you go this route, be sure to look it over really good because chances are a lot of people have been in it. Even if something is dinged or scratched chances are they replace/ fix...

    ATF: Cyclone - Magnet doors 2014 4100

The magnets being referred to are to hold the storage bin door open instead of the traditional flip clip made of plastic or metal. So, theoretically you just flip the door all the way open and the magnet holds it open (look ma, one hand).

    ATF: Cyclone - Magnet doors 2014 4100

I like the one door I have with a magnet but agree maybe a little stronger might be better. On a very windy day, had trouble holding the door up. Too new to see if issues yet. The only other door with a catch is on the fuel station and it uses the traditional metal clip. On my other fiver...

PDI checklist I've seen one Posted but on my phone just now. I missed two things on mine. Be sure to open and latch all cabinets. One of my upper bins over the bed is warped slightly and since the latch is on the bottom, gravity keeps it closed. It won't seat all the way and actually latch...

    2013 Lots of mods made

Maybe the newer year or the 291 has it already flipped (or maybe they learned from folks like you). Standing in the living room facing the garage, the mine opens on the left side of the door. My (couch/slide) is on the right (road side). And my heat register is just about 6 inches left of...

    Tote Tanks

I used ours twice in 5 years. I bought after a trip with extended family and the CG was stayed at only had electric/water sites left. We were using the shower and back them I only had 40 gal grey. Had to go dump twice while there, real pain when you have to close everything up just to dump...

    2013 Lots of mods made

Thanks - I too am planning to better position a few light switches and add at least one 110 outlet on the street side of my 291. Glad you described how you got the wires through. I had a heck of a time on a fiver with fiberglass insulation when I installed a pair of 'scare lights' as you call...

110 outlets - Need more outlets!

On my Torque 291, I have two 110 outlets in the garage under the shelf (one is next to the TV prep, the other is in the same location on the street side) Both of these are in the garage side of the sliding door. The couch is located in the roadside slide out. There are 0, Zero, Nada outlets...

    2015 Torque 291 questions

If it is the big one near the bottom that is just labeled on/off, I think during my PDI he said it needed to be on for the HW heater to work on electric. But...I just checked and it controls the LEDs on my awning (thanks for suggesting MichaelS) - wonder how long they've been on? I just thought...

    BC3690 Sound Bar Install

Now I know what to do with that sound bar I got for Christmas. Had it in the house for about 2 weeks and put it in the black hole in the basement. Plenty of room in my toy to put above the TV. Thanks for the great idea!

    Newbie Question

In case you've seen other RVs waiting in line at the scales, according to another post I saw a while back, these are likely new RVs in transit to the dealership and in this case are considered commercial and that is why they need to stop.
