I'm towing a 16,000 Lb GVW Big Horn with a short bed 3500 Mega Cab and single rear wheels and have not had a problem. I previously towed with a 2500 Sierra srw without a problem.
I had mine replaced at the Goshen rally in 2011 on my 2009 Big Horn Heartland paid for the fiberglass and I paid for the labor. I also had them shoot a line of screws across the middle. When I got home I inserted washers with rubber gaskets. I also sealed the openings by the jacks and the...
We have a Big Horn 3670. With one A/C we could only cool to 13 deg below the outside temp. When it was 103 in Texas we could only cool to 90 inside. We added a second air in the bedroom.
Mine has come out about half a dozen times. Every time it was a sharp right turn. The cable catches on the lower part of the hitch. I shortened the cable before leaving for Florida and haven't had a problem since. (Knock on wood). I shortened it with a cable clamp and have not cut the end off yet.
I had the same problem. 50 to 30 and 30 to 15 adapter. Dealer checked out trailer, no problem found. I replaced the GFI outlet with a standard outlet. No problem since 2008.
I've been looking a new trucks and noticed that the Dodge short bed is 6' 4", Chevy 6' 6", and Ford 6' 9". I currently have an 2004 GMC short bed and have never had to use my slider hitch when towing my 2009 Big Horn 3670. Is any one towing a 3670 with a short bed Dodge without a slider hitch?
I haul my 2009 Bighorn 3670 with a 2004 GMC 2500 HD Diesel, single wheel, extended cab, 4wd. The loaded trailer weighs 15,500 lbs. The truck is rated for a 16,000 lb fifth wheel. I haven't had a problem in the 4+ years I've been hauling it.
I have an early 2004 2500 HD with duramax and a 2009 Big Horn 3670RL. The powertrain is stock. I purchased the trailer in May of 09. I've had no problems hauling the trailer. My pin weight is 3175 lb, which according to my tire load ratings is 66 lb overload.
We just signed up for the whole week. They have a pay for 5, get 7 deal . The club is getting the buy 2 get 3 deal for the weekend. Their answering service sent an email to the park and they called us back.

May might be too early. I was there once in the beginning of July and they had just cleared the road to old faithful. The RV park inside Yellowstone by the fisherman's bridge is the only one with electricity.
I had a similar problem and had the sheeting replaced by RV Capitol when I was at Goshen. Heartland provided the fiberglass at a reduced price and RV Cap charged me for 4 hours of labor ($400).
Mine are out of round also. 2009 Big Horn 3670. I have them on my Goshen repair list. I'll use a wrench until they are replaced. I haven't seen replacement handles any where.
When I ordered my trailer I demanded the manual awning. When I go to South Texas I set the trailer up for 3 to 4 months. I install awning bows and a sunscreen and tie the awning down. I've been in 40 mph winds and suffered no damage. You can't do this with an electric awning. Electric...
Lippert replaced the 7000# springs on my BH3670 with 8000# springs 1.5 years ago. I have not had a problem since then. It did raise the trailer about 1.5 inches. I lowered the front hitch to the next set of bolt holes to relevel the trailer.
On my last trailer, some other brand, I had a pin hole leak and found out that the wheel was warrantied for life if I could show a manufacturing defect. They replaced the wheel at no cost to me. You should call Heartland.

Make it a wide bath model. Eliminate the wall and door to the stool room. Keep the doors to the kitchen and bedroom. Put the sofa in the back. Washer/dryer by the door is good. Never liked it in the bedroom.
The camping supply stores sell a fitting to replace the one that is currently behind the toilet. This fitting has a nipple for the supplied hose and nozzle. Costs around $70.
I have a 50 gallon in bed tank from transfer flow. They advertise in most trailer magazines. Their system is fully automatic. It comes with a guage package that displays aux tank gal, main tank gal, and total. It also displays when the pump is on. The 50 gal tank is below the bed rails.
I paid $2400 to have the system installed on my 3670. If you want it, you'd better hurry. I believe the offer expires on Wednesday, August 18. Price is for those who attended Nashville Rally.
