We had a Big Country that the bottom track was reversed, the drain holes were out - had to be reversed. might take a look at that.

I received an email response from Heartland this afternoon, ...... The light has never been hit by any object. Beginning to doubt the sincerity of these people. I have 3 more weeks left of the first year warranty. Are they void?[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

Good luck!! Heartland refused to replace my lens that fell off due to the same problem and it's still under warranty. CW here submitted the request and I was told to get a hold of Heartland if I wanted to fight it. Sent them (Heartland) an email yesterday and the have not responded.

We had plumbing issues from the 'get-go' with the Big Country we had. Had our Landmark almost a year and just this week had 2 leaking elbows. They are still using pinch compressors; get Shark.

Congratulations also; We have a 2013 - BC 3510 bought new, have had plumbing issues. Heartland installed poly with pinch instead of crimp connectors. I have had to replace 2 T's, one each on hot and cold side and now the hot elbow is leaking below the washer. They did not do a very good job...
