Bill did the install on my Big Country...I have the Prodigy P3 In regards to the power setting on your controller, Ron suggest doing the 25 mile an hour breaking test... Continue increasing brake controller power until your trailer brakes locked up, and then back the setting down. My "test"...

Bill, I do agree, we were a good team!! Ron, (TitanGuy), you might be able to talk us into doing installs....we would only charge about $300 for the brake install and $3000.00 for wheel lug nut removal!!!! 😳

This our 2nd Big Country with Dual Pane...1st with Yeti. LOVE THEM!!! Single digit temps for a week, just used fireplace and 1 small ceramic heater and stayed toasty. No problem with tanks freezing...we did have to use onboard water as the park shut down water with the low temps, they did warn...

Yes, we ordered the powered cord reel for our 2014 Big Country 3650. However, it may not fit on all models...check with Heartland for your BC. By the way, WE LOVE IT!!!!!
