If you check out Wal Mart on line, You can by an RV sized King, Tempur medic style for a very reasonable price. I bought one and was absolutely delighted with it
After having a blowout, my only immediate option was Charles Schwab. Although the shop in Mt Home ID was wiling to order Michelins, they recommended Toyo as the best they had in stock. Anyone have any experience with Toyo?
I did a very similar shelf in my rig and love it. Good folding chair and table storage and easy to secure with bungees. Strongly recommended mod

I added mine after market and a new front landing gear was part of the six point on its own independent hydro pump.. Original landing gear is still there - just not used anymore
I'm just curious about an idea I had. Has anybody ever tried using a siphon bottle to inject soap up the black water flush fitting to clean the black water tank?it seems to me that it would work, but I'm reluctant to try it without consulting those more knowledgeable. Awaiting responses before i...
My sentiments exactly. A solution in search of a problem. A friend has electric dumpers on a Cedar Creek nod has had two separate malfunctions in a year.
I use wire mesh shelves and they are great. Also adjustable in height. If your back wall is thin, use thru bolts and area washers to secure the mounting beams. I've had no problems and I used this method on two different rigs. Would send photos but my rig is wrapped up for winter. Good luck.
I agree that the Sewer Solutions water powered macerated works well, is cleaner and easier to store than a stinky slinky and is cheaper and tougher to break than the powered models

Used for 18 months. The reason I am selling is because I just got Level Up. All mounting hardware included and they work great (only LevelUp is better!) contact me at djlogan69@yahoo.com
I jut put the rig to bed for the next several months and it is the first storage period since I've had Level Up installed. Lippert instructions say to spray the struts with silicone every 7 days. Is that frequency necessary? I live in a dry climate so I may play it by ear. An advice?
I looked at the new Lippert catalog and pages 71-73 showed Lippert leveling systems that looked like BigFoot called the Black Jack- aftermarket version available in 2013. Also showed GroundControl system. What do you make of this? Did Lippert acquire Quadra?
Hi Gang, does anyone have any experience with Pirit heated water hoses for rv water supply on sub-freezing temps?? Are there better solutions?
Thanks to the best forum on rv earth!!
Re: use of a maserator
Check out sewer solutions. Like a macerate, but no moving parts. May take a bit longer than a stinky slinky, but much more compact and clean. SewerSolutions.com,I think. Been using mine for over two years
Re: 50 Amp Cord
Mounted it on driver side storage right next to UDC. I also added a container made out of vinyl fence post for my surge protector. Will and pics next time I'm over a my rig. but very simple to do. I'm still very pleased with this unit
I know it's the middle of summer, but i'm daydreaming about skiing. I've never coupled rv-ing with skiingbut it sounds intriguing. I'd like to hear from folks who've done it.
I agree with the others. Very good system. Does take some time but it sure takes a lost less space and is also orders of magnitude cleaner and less distasteful. A big thumbs up from me
a friend has a SOB (Dutchman Infinity, a Thor product) and we have a question concerning dual AC. The unit is a front living room very similar to the new big horn. The 13500 Dometic AC is the forward air con unit and the 15000 Dometic is dedicated to the bed room. This seems backward to me...
I am a Thor product owner (Dutchmen Infinity) and happy former owner of a Bighorn 3610 RE. I wish Dutchmen had the involvement of Heartland owners, especially the incomparable Jim Biletti. I'm still an avid reader of the forum here (several topics are "cross Platform). Heartland is great...
I just saw a clip on you tube, and a person demonstrated attaching things to an RV wall using Pop Rivets. Granted that there would certainly be weight limitations, but I tried it with a piece of melamine about the same thickness and composition as an RV wall and it seemed to work. Has anyone...
I think Lippert is missing the boat by not having more installation sites. From the western US, you're close to 1800 miles from the nearest level up installer
Has anyone here installed elephant feet on the electric rear stabilizers on a BigHorn 3610? If so, we're the results worth it?did you run into any challenges?
thanks
Where somewhere near the Western US can I get a Level Up installed? I'm particularly interested in hearing first hand experience with an installation done somewhere other than Goshen. I would like to have TrailAire do my installation but Indiana is just too far
I was hoping for an install "coupon" or something that would be good at one of their authorized installers. Do you know the identity of their installer closest to the west coast?
