Our 3510rl was built in January 2011. We ordered a 3510 but they'd switched in early January. We met the BC product manager at the Tampa RV Supershow and the order was being filled at the time. (mid January)

It's looking like the axle nut may have been overtightened when the disc brakes were installed but the ins. adjuster thinks it may have been a problem with the caliper.

The insurance adjuster says there was a problem with the brake caliper that caused the rotor to overheat and destroy the oil seal and loose all of the oil. With the oil gone the bearings wouldn't last too long.

Hi from SW Florida! We've been working out some sort of plan for our 2013 travels. If all goes well we will be in the middle of a maritime tour when the rally takes place this year so we're going to have to pass on this years rally. Hopefully we'll be there next year.
