Microwave Door Popping Open on the Road

Anyone have this problem besides me.....granted our roads leave a lot to be desired but on my last two trips we found the microwave door flew open and the glass tray was laying on the floor. Luckily it never broke. We take it out now however I wouldn't mind some ideas on how folks are keeping...

    Propane grill connection

Hi Jimmy, I had the dealer install them on my 3585RL and they work great. I have two outlets, one for the BBQ and one for a CampChef stove. They each have independent shut off valves and are regulated by the trailer system. They are located just in front of the entrance door on the right...

WEBER Q100 conversion for quick disconnect

Looks good Future, I just did a conversion myself. Last night as a matter of fact. The only difference was that instead of the bottle type fitting you have on your Q, I used a quick release brass fitting like the type you see on air hoses etc. (you just slide the brass ring up and pop out the...

White toggle switch on side of Hydraulic pump

Hi John, I did a little more investigating with Lakeshore RV, Muskegon MI and am told that the 3585RL has two systems for the slideouts. The main two are hydraulic and the front bedroom is electric. Apparently the gizmo is to use if and when you ever have to operate the front bedroom slide...

White toggle switch on side of Hydraulic pump

Was my assumption correct on the chrome flex piece? It's about 8 to 10 inches long and looks like an extension for the drill. Just want to make sure. Thx

Not paying sales tax on RVs

Hi timbuktu, Not sure about Montana but up here in Canada there are two things for sure, one is death and you can probably guess the other....anyhow the taxes are there for a reason. I don't really like paying them but I understand the rationale for them. I wouldn't trust this outfit.

White toggle switch on side of Hydraulic pump

I have a 2011 3585RL and was looking over the hydraulic pump setup the other day. I can't seem to find anywhere in my literature what the little white toggle switch on the side of the assembly is for. Also there was a chrome flex hose in my owners packet that I assume is for a drill extension...

Bed cover with 5th wheels - what are you using?

I bought a Retrax cover out of Fargo N.D. for my F350 and really like it. You can lock it in any position along the way. I am from Canada so the supplier here charged me approx. $1500.00 installed. Not sure what it might cost out of the states.
