Did you wet the awning with the bleach/water/dawn dishsoap mixture and then roll it up for 20 min or so before scrubbing?
That has worked for me to clean my awning.
Google is your best friend when it comes to learning how to do different things with the RV.
This forum helps as well and soon you will be helping others too.
Our 2011 3250TL TV is removable. There are 2 straps that hang down the back that you pull downwards on and tilt the TV forward at the bottom. Then lift and remove. We take it out when not in use and use it in the house. (bedroom)
I think mine broke the first or second time we used our rig. I used a piece of pipe hanger strap as a "temporary" fix.
It is still holding it 4 years later. lol
We have had Good Sam since we bought our 5th wheel. Used it a couple of times for our cars but this Summer we blew a tire on the RV. They were great and had a truck there in an hour and we were back on the road in no time.
A friend of mine is a refrigeration tech and recently told me to wash the condenser with a hose from the inside. Not much else you can do. I did mine today and it did not appear to be very dirty. 2011 Big Country.
If you read the info on the A/C units it will tell you what they can handle. Mine claims a maximum of a 20 degree drop.
So if it's 96 you will only get to 76.
One of our Good Sam group members broke down on the first camp out 2 days ago. It was 5 pm and he was told by GS roadside assistance the it was too late in the day to get someone out to tow his trailer and to stay in it for the night and call back the next day! 24/7 assistance doesn't mean...
We had problems similar to this when we first got our 2011 Big Country. It turned out to be a loose connection on the block behind the batteries on the wall where everything connects up. Since that was fixed we have had no problems at all.
I did this mod in my 2011 BC as well. Seems to help. I have a switch on it so I can turn it off when the fridge is not in use as we have the unit plugged in all the time at home.
My experience with the factory applied caulking is it's crap. I had to redo my roof the first year and the Dicor self levelling I used lasted almost 4 years in comparison.
Just going by what it says here.

Re: hello camper folks, 12 volt question, needing answer please
We had this same issue with our Big Country and had battery charging problems. It was a loose ground wire.
Fixed it today but still need to run the Silicone bead. The clips were loose and screws were stripped and wouldn't tighten. I made 2 supports, one for each side as it seemed easier than trying to move the clips. Figured the screws would just strip again anyway. Poor install by heartland if you...
When packing up to head home this morning I noticed our sink has done the same thing. Haven't had time to look too close yet but it seems to only have silicon holding it in place. 2011 Big Country as well!
We had a similar problem with ours when we first bought our Big Country. The tech found a loose connection on the terminal block on the ground connections I think so the batteries were not getting a proper charge. Either way it has been fine since but we don't boon dock so I cannot say how long...
I think there are a few out there after market.

I saw an ad for a spray on one as well that was supposed to be permanent. Kind of like a spray liner for a truck.
Cleaned my RV awning today. Used a 20-30% bleach to water mix with a bit of Dawn dish soap too.
Sprayed both sides with a garden pump sprayer and rolled it back up for 15-20 min. As I let out a few inches at a time I scrubbed with a soft brush. Rinsed thoroughly with a hose and helped the...
I patched a 2" tear on the curve of my Big Country a couple of years ago and it is still holding fine. Make sure you clean the area to be patched real well.
I would tell that dealer to take a hike and never go back.
I believe the new rule here in BC as of Oct 1st this year is that M&S tires with good tread are also legal for winter driving.
I have Contitrac by Continental on my F350 DRW and have been happy with them. They are the OEM tires and have 56ks on them and going strong.
