    narrowing down our choices

I would agree with Jim - we've had no issues with our drawers - the camper's, that is, LOL! We've had our Cyclone 3950 for 3 years now and find that we like it better each year. I think it's the best compromise between functionality and comfort, especially for FT. The "garage' area makes a...

Do you jack up your 5th wheel while the landing gear is down?

Thanks for posting this thread! This is critical information that I was unable to find anywhere else. Now, how in the world do I manage to get my grease gun to fit onto the zerks of the Drexel equalizer links that are blocked by the leaf spring attachment points?? I have a 2011 Cyclone and the...

ATF: Cyclone - cabinet hinges pulling out

I had the same problem with my 2011 3950, except my cabinet doors also were splitting and coming apart. The factory quickly sent replacement cabinet doors and my local dealer installed them. Problem seems to be solved. Many thanks to the Heartland factory for the great customer service! :)

    Slider out issue?

My slideouts look very similar - they don't retract flush to the sidewall. I took it to my local Heartland dealer last week and they're saying it's normal and to not worry about it as long as the rooms aren't leaking. They did lube the slides for me but said "if it's not broke - don't try to...

    Gonna Be A Long Week

Congratulations! Welcome to the Cyclone family! I found it extremely helpful to have my wife use our flip-video to record the entire walk-through. She recorded the walk-through in segments for easy viewing later. Our mechanic at Wilkins RV in Bath, NY, was very thorough and not camera-shy...

Does anyone know of a extended warranty that covers structural?

LOL - good point, Don. Actually, I did read through all the fine print before I purchased the extended warranty. It says it will cover everything that I need repaired this Spring. But, I reserve myself a bit because many insurance companies (after all that's what an extended warranty is; an...

Does anyone know of a extended warranty that covers structural?

Good question. I purchased an extended warranty plan with my 2011 Cyclone. Since the Heartland warranty begins on the day you sign your papers, not the day you put the RV into service, I only had a few months of factory warranty and then was on my own. I have some issues that require dealer...

    Warped table tops

It would have been great if that would have been explained to me when I purchased the unit. The dealer and I worked out arrangements for winter storage and spring pick-up right there while filling out the purchase paperwork in September 2010. Had I been informed at that time of the DOP...

    Raising Bunks

Many thanks, Jim and Bob! The parts list and manual are great.

    Raising Bunks

Hi HarleyRyder - I was hoping to check out that manual, but the link doesn't work for me. Any suggestions? Many Thanks!

    Warped table tops

I bought the coach in September of 2010 at the Hershey, PA show. I did not take delivery of the coach until April of 2011. Heartland says their warranty starts the day you purchase the coach, not the day you actually take delivery. In other words, if you purchase of their rigs on October 31st...

    Warped table tops

Thank you, Bob. I called Heartland and found out I'm out of warranty. I do, however, have an extended warranty from another supplier, so I hope that takes care of most of the issues. Heartland was really excellent and is helping out by replacing the warped tables, some faulty cabinet doors and...

    Flexing chassis?

Many thanks all - I won't be able to do any close inspections now until Spring as my camper is tucked away inside for the Winter. Our local county fairgrounds takes RV's inside their ag buildings for winter storage. It's a small fee but once your RV is stored, it is not accessible until Spring...

    Cabinet doors coming off hinges

I spoke with the Heartland Service Center about this today. Here's the scoop: I picked up my new 3950 HD Edition at Wilkins RV (Bath, NY) in April of this year. Since I purchased it at the Hershey, PA, show in September of 2010, they are telling me I am now out of warranty. Apparently this...

    Overhead Cabinet Doors

Same problem with my 2011 3950. The proprods seem to be the culprit causing too much pressure on the hinges, making them pop out of their doors.

    Flexing chassis?

I have noticed some pretty severe damage to a cabinet door and to the closet frame in the bedroom of my 2011 Cyclone 3950 HD Edition. The camper has only been to two campgrounds and nothing unusual happened as far as bumps, rough roads or anything of the sort during transit. What is going on...

    Warped table tops

Hello - has anyone else experienced warped tables in their 3950? The table in the garage is especially bad (see attached pic). Mine is a 2011 3950 HD Edition.

    Cabinet doors coming off hinges

Hi all - I own a 2011 Cyclone 3950 HD Edition. I'm having a number of issues, but one that is really annoying is the cabinet doors over the dinette keep coming off their hinges. There are two rubber plugs that go into pre-drilled holes in the door. The hinge screwws into these plugs. Well...

    Dinette warped...

I know this is an older post, but I am having the same warping problem with the rear table (the one in the garage) of my 2011 Cyclone 3950. I took pictures of it and am now figuring out where to turn for help. I think I'll start with my local Heartland dealer.

I cry a bit every time I open up the manual...

I would love to have a better organized/specific manual for my Cyclone 3950. The other day I was winterizing it and (unknown at the time) had a kink in a hose behnd the water heater panel that prevented any anti-freeze being pumped throughout the water system. I went in search of the...
