We have a RW 305 and have seen the same quality problems. Every screw seems to be over tightened or at a bad angle many shaped off heads and then put back on with silicone. The bed slide frame fell apart the staple weren't even in the wood on some. Under rated light switches that melt. Awning...
thanks guys for the input. i do have a cut off switch and use it for storage. the dealer is the one who leaves things on while it sits waiting for parts. then when i pick it up the bat is dead and they jump it to raise the gear. of course i have already blown the fuse by this time so no charge...
howdy all,the problem i have is whenever the battery in the camper is down (usually when picked up from dealer) and there is not enough juice to raise the landing gear i plug into the truck and attempt to raise the gear and the 20amp fuse in the f-250 (with factory towing setup) blows. there was...
I went low tech. just got a plastic bucket cut a hole in the bottom side, fed the camper plug through so it can reach the camper while sitting on the ground underneath. then i coiled the rest on top and put the camper plug in the hole in the middle.

i know that some other owners have added a 4" duct on older models and have achieved good heat i think doing a 4" duct like the others would improve the heat. if it proves effective than they could do a design change for little or no cost on future models. i showed my dealer the mod that others...
i would like to enjoy my 305 late into the season, so i was glad to see that it had a heat duct in there. well first time out the kids were chilly back there so i cranked the heat, and we had air flow no heat. i blocked all the other registers in the rig since it was 90 deg every where but the...
Hello all,
New owner of a '11 RW 305 here. I noticed on the PDI that the shower surround is not attached to the walls very well just a hand full of plastic fasteners and some tape that wont hold to the wall. there is also no caulking between the shower pan and the surround part. the dealer...
