Would like to know if anyone else has a 2012 big country 3450 that the kitchen flooring is loose and or bubbling up near kitchen slide out or any where on the floor. plus, would like to know if the flood lights are supposed to have a switch or show up on the remote to which we have neither.

can only find one drain hose under rv and dealer stated that was the water tank. where are the cold and hot water low point drains supposed to be on a 2012 3450ts big country? plus there is what appears to be a water line on the kitchen slide near the frame but has no valve what is this for...

was told the slide was hydraulic like all others, that is why I was puzzled about the cables. at the recent RV show I saw them on several mfg that never had them before Keystone for one.

first time heartland owner, just purchased a 2012 big country, 3450TS, still waiting delivery. have one question to anyone whom might know. what are the steel cables for on the bedroom slide this is the first time I have seen this in use on a fifth wheel

have seen a similar product applied to older finishes it brings back the luster and helps protect the graphics. the only issue is you have to get it reapplied in about a year depending on where you live and how you store unit. cost was about 35 a linear foot so a decent sized coach will run...

new to heartland but previous fifth had toppers on all 4 slides. live in fl and we have some pretty severe thunderstorms and they have never given me an issue. big difference from sun on slide with and without. worth the money
