Not sure if you’re running off of a generator or you hooked to a landline. If you’re running the generator you might try turning off your converter, that might give you the extra power you need to run your air conditioner.
If it is leaking at the cap on the roof you might want to try taping that seam on the roof with Eternal Bond R V rubber roof tape.

I was wondering if you ever found the parts number for the running lights on a Landmark. I’m having the same issue. There around LED lights with multiple bulbs maybe as many as nine per each round light.

If you are running off the house batteries when you're sliding in your rooms could be an Amp issue. Not enough power to complete the Full run.

I'm thinking about in Anderson hitch myself. Any regrets? The only thing I'm concerned about is the actual leverage on the gooseneck towing device. I've seen it tested with a top load of 55,000 pounds, just wondering with the leverage load could do it one of those things.

I had the same issues with mine. All I do is when we're retracting it I can get on the outside when it comes up push away from the slide that seems to work for now ,I'm not terribly happy with my awning it Tends to bunch up in the middle
