Here in Az you just take your pump receipt into the cashier and they give it to you on the spot. I don't bother unless i buy a lot. Although, on the pumps that sell the class 2 diesel with a tax of 21c it can add up.
Those of us that live in the high desert think long grades and steep hills are normal.
Most really steep places have truck lanes. Don't get caught up in the I'm gonna be the fastest game. Don't be afraid to pull in behind the trucks going 40 MPH and follow them up and down the hills...
My wife just went thru this. She was carrying a Ruger LCP380. But it hurt her hand to shoot it and she found most semi's to be too hard for her to work the slide without a lot of effort. She tried several revolvers and found the trigger pull on most was too heavy for her. She can shoot them...
I do not own a Cyclone but a Big country. But just for ideas. I had a second AC installed in the bedroom. I did not have the ducts blocked because I wanted to be able to use either AC to cool the whole RV if I needed to. And mainly so I could run the front unit while sleeping and the rear...
I have a Verizon Jetpack. It connects to the cell network 4G. and provides wi fi to any device you want to connect to it. I usually have two phones, I pad, laptop and a playstation connected to it. Comes with various plans.
It is indeed an aircraft tire. Off of some kinda large Douglas product. Currently mounted on a tractor. They are great for protection against thorns ect.
Myself and several others here in the park were having problems with what appeared to be pin holes in the hose. We all went thru several hoses and even the best ones we could buy kept getting holes. We finally found the problem. It was birds pecking holes in the things for some reason. The...
Ks is one of the few states that has no safety chain law same here in Az. Therfore the salesman was correct.
So the issue of chains is what you desire or feel necessary.

I do not own a MPG. But I have done lots of winter skiing at Crystal Mountain and Mt Hood with a motorhome. You will need a generator. No amount of batteries will run the heater for that amount of time. I always used my micro wave and hot water when parked for skiing. So a generator was a...
Re: Air Cindtioner cooling problem
Well we are in Tucson. Outside temps run 100plus. On those days there is no way both AC's can keep the inside temp below the high 80's.
Prblem caused by no shade and rect sun makes the outside skin of the RV so hot you can barley touch it.
I do not have a picture the trailer is in Tucson and I am home. I have a goose neck adaptor it did not come from the dealer with chains but I added them. I had rather add $30 worth of chains that argue with some DOT idiot. My thoughts are that that trailer ain't gonna come off of that hitch...
Akkk. They sell vans with no rear windows . If you got a trailer behind you can't see out it. That's why they make side view mirrors.
My experience with this kind of nonsense.

One of the things about being a sector pilot was that youfor the most...
You will like the DP much better than the 5th wheel once you get used to it. Much easier to park. Setup tear down goes much faster for me. Storage compartments and aux equipment are much better organized and easier to get to Specially things like water pumps, inverters, generators...
Yes Both of mine will automatically go from high to low fan speed when the temperature gets to within 2 degrees of the set temperature. And will go fro lo to high if the temperature starts getting hotter than the set temp.
Sounds to me like the tv has come off of the mounting bracket. The mount does not move or adjust it is bolted to the wall. You need to remove the wood trim at the top of the tv. Be careful cause if it is off the bracket it will fall forward. You can then lift the tv back up and place it on...
I went from a Holiday Rambler Endevor to a Big Country. We did the trade because we don't plan to travel anymore and the BC kinda acts as mobile condo we can move if we really decide to. One thing I can guarantee is that you are not going to find a 5thweel that is as well made as your...
Re: Frequency if RV Tire Replacement
I don't have much experience with 5th wheels but on motor homes we usually ran them 6 or 7 years. If they look good I would run them at least another year.

Depends on what brand you buy. Here is one mine identical to the one in the living area
Well that just causes me to say Huh, because at least 85% of the parts on a 250 and 350 or the same. I am sure he asking about a 5th wheel hitch but is about as clear as mud. And I really find it hard to believe that a dealer can't get an order code unless his sales manager is worthless.
One thing that you are going to find is that none of the 5th wheels even the high end ones are not engineered and designed as well as the motor home. I went from a 40 diesel to the 5th wheel. Things like and inverters/converters and plumbing is seems to be just done haphazardly in the...
I have two horse trailers I would not let those things get anywhere close to either one of them.
A two horse trailer normally would have a gross weight of 7500. But, those things (towmax) are still junk.
Most of the wires are on the right hand side as you look at it. You should be able to kinda tilt it from the left and just pull it out. There is no rime or reason to them they are all just shoved in there.

I use these things. They sell them in most hardware stores and home depot.
