    Do you need it?

I should clarify, they are not all in there at once. Usually just a select few. You are absolutely right, you never want take up valuable adult beverage space. :D

    Do you need it?

My wife will take care of who ever took me down in that case. ;) To the OPs original question, do I need A gun? No, I need about 20 or 30 more than the 20 we have now.

    Average Age of Owner's

41 & 39 here. Third Fifth wheel for us in 10 years. This one will probably stick around the longest. Another 5 years I would reckon. Heartlands don't grow on trees around this part of the country which is really dominated by Keystone's Cougar brand.

    Honestly - this mattress

We had a Sealy RV mattress in our old Forest River Sierra. When we traded that unit in, I made sure part of the deal was we kept our Sealy. What a nightmare swapping the two in the dealer lot, but boy was it worth it. The mattress in the Sundance was a 50 dollar mattress. I can easily...

    Air bags

I went with the Airlift 5000s as they were the only kit that had brackets purpose made for use with B&W hitch plates on the Ford Superduty chassis. They are coming up on 7 years old and have been on two different trucks and still hold air over the winter. They do a phenominal job at...

    Bathroom faucet change out

This picture doesn't do justice for how poor the use of this sink is. Roller4 do you have a model number of the one you used. How long is the neck or reach into the bowl?

    Bathroom faucet change out

We have a Sundance 3100RB and the master bathroom sink is fine. The rear bathroom sink is a complete joke. The faucet is mounted in the vanity counter top behind the sink. The neck is so short the water comes out hitting the back of the sink bowl. It's completely useless. We will be...

    20" Wheel for Towing

I would quite simply opt for the wheel that is the least ugly regardless of size. Both are going to meet appropriate tow ratings. The factory has of course done their homework. I tow on aftermarket 20" wheels and E rated 35" tires and am well within my limits.

    Loose Screws

I know this is an older thread but I have this same issue on a brand new unit (Sundance 3100RB). It was delivered that way. My suspicion is, when they are assembled they are using an electric or air tool with a clutch on it that is set for a little too loose of torque. I have been...

Heartlands with 1 and a half baths. Tank questions. Sundance bunkhouse.

Thanks to all that said in the frame rail. Like most things in a mans life, it was right freakin in front of me. You know, if it were a snake it would have bit me! It is right in the middle of the frame rail in the short span of frame behind the bathroom door steps and the back bumper...

Heartlands with 1 and a half baths. Tank questions. Sundance bunkhouse.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll take another look this weekend. It's gotta be there somewhere. If all else fails I'll call the factory. At this time I am kind of enjoying the challange. Here is a pic of the street side. Two drains. I don't see any other trap doors anywhere.

Heartlands with 1 and a half baths. Tank questions. Sundance bunkhouse.

We just bought a new rig last month and its got two batthrooms and 4 tanks. Sundance 3100RB It has a "docking station" with three cable operated valve handles in it. We figured out on our own that waste is black, gray1 is shower/sink, and gray2 is galley. It has a tank monitoring system...
