If you look at the second pic, look at each corner of the bottom of the diamond plate, I bent the linkage and made finger pulls to open the locks.

I am in the process of turning my factory Ford tailgate into a fifth wheel cut out tailgate, I did all the cutting today and it came out great, I will be finishing it tomorrow, no body work involved , when it is done it will look like a factory job. I will try to post pictures of it when done.

I also put a shower curtain up so I would not have to clean the glass, it works great no more water spots on the glass. I bought a tension rod it fits perfect next to the track and used a shower curtain liner not vinyl, got it all at Wall Mart.

I had the same problem, I called the manufacture and they told me to take a blunt Phillips screwdriver and tap in in the center of the connection, this worked and with the valves off I sprayed a small amount of silicone spray in side the connection, never had a problem with it sense .

We got a beautiful theater seat that matches the sofa in our Key Largo, and fits perfect in place of the two swivel chairs that never stayed in the reclining position, at Big Lots for 599.00.:cool:
