Removing sofa and recliners from 3650RL

Curious what you are replacing the couch and chairs with. We never sit on the couch, too uncomfortable. We have the theater seating but it's not that great either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Fort Wilderness

There are a few sites that are extremely difficult to get into. They put a few recycle bins and garbage can in some awkward locations. I had the 5'er headed into the site but couldn't clear my front left fender. The Disney staff was understanding and changed our site. You'll do fine. Sent...

    Poor Mattress

I call them pot holes. It only took two weeks for them to develop in our BC. It was under warranty but who wants another one like it? Not me! We went to a local mattress store and laid on them all till we found the one that provided the best comfort for us. They ordered it in the 70 X 80 RV King...

    Kitchen Sink Drain

Jim you are correct. The paper gasket goes under the sink between the nut and rubber gasket. It makes it easier to tighten the nut. Mine was on top of the sink between the drain assembly. Plumbers Putty must be used at this location or it will leak. Plumbers Putty stays pliable for years unless...

    Kitchen Sink Drain

Awhile back I noticed water under the sink. I couldn't figure out where it had come from. I thought maybe it leaked around the under counter mounted sink but it was dry underneath. Well it happened again this time I had standing water in the sink and could see it leaking around the strainer...

Looked everywhere for small leak behind UDC, can't find it?

Check your outside shower head. I found water running out one day and the shower head was open. It seems that thumb button will get stuck.

    Toilet Floor Bolts

Thanks! I'll give the flange repair kit a try. There is so much pressure on just the two mounting points with the small base of the pedestal.

    Toilet Floor Bolts

Has anyone experienced a problem with the floor bolts on the toilet? Ours became loose and the toilet would wobble. When I took the toilet up one side of the floor flange was broken. It uses a standard floor flange and bolts like in a home. Our past trailers used lag bolts into the wood...

Popping noise - I've had it checked by dealer

The Torco worked for several weeks now we are back to popping all the time. After reading through all of the added post on just this topic I'm really discouraged about the quality of my purchase.

    Satellite dish connection

I had all kind of trouble learning how to get a signal with my Directv. A friend finally showed me how to do it and now it takes longer to put up the tripod than it does to get a signal. I like your TV4RV tripod and folding arm. That's why it takes me so long............... Guess I need to...

Anyone living fulltime in a Big Country?

We have been fulltiming in our Big Country 3650RL since August 30th. I was told the same thing by a few folks. I think it is a matter of what your budget can tolerate. We looked at several other brands including Mobile Suites but it was much more than we could afford. Do your research and keep...

    Popping Noise

Does anyone else experience a popping noise outside the coach? It sounds like it is in the landing gear. I have noticed that I seem to hear it more in the morning or evening which makes me think it could be some type of expansion of aluminum framing from warming up and cooling down.

    2013 3010RE - Add Rack to Back

What a nightmare subject this is for me. When we purchased our new BC3650RL I told the dealer I had to have a rear hitch receiver for my bike rack and it needed to be a 2" receiver. I was told it must be a bolt on or the warranty would be voided. They ordered it from Heartland. It finally...

ATF: Big Country - Where can I get molding/trim?

Even if Heartland sends you a piece of moulding the color may or may not match. It usually varies from batch to batch. I would suggest going to Lowe's or Home Depot. They both sell composite moulding or real wood moulding that you can play with stain colors to match your cabinets. I would use...

st joseph peninsula state park Florida or nearby

What size rig? I remember it as being kind of tight in there. No sewer hookups if that is an issue. I had the opportunity to host there for three months but couldn't make myself do that with no sewer. That is a great area. GraytonBeach SP on Hwy30A back toward Destin has full hookups. If you...

    Almost There!

Congratulations! We started our freedom trail in June. No more sticks and bricks and all that brings with it. We haven't had time to even think about regretting it yet but I don't see that happening. Happy and safe travels!!

    Cabinet Quality

You may very well be correct however you can't put a drawer face on and leave a 3/4" gap showing. That's just ugly! Anyway it is glued and nailed now and isn't coming off.....

    Cabinet Quality

Repairs completed this morning. I have an air compressor and nailer so it was just a matter of glueing and shooting the bottoms. Now the face on the long desk drawer was put on upside down. That left a large gap showing at the top. I removed the face turned it around then glued and shot it back...

    Fulltiming in a TT

Welcome to the full time lifestyle. We just started this adventure in April of this year. We had a 31ft TT that we loved except for the queen bed. Sunnybrook 301RBS was the model. You will get different opinions on this but it just wasn't big enough for us to live in as full timers. There is...

    Cabinet Quality

They look good but if I was working in a cabinet shop and did some of the things I'm finding I would be fired. The bottom of the large pullout drawer under the tv is falling out. The front is not fastened to anything. The face of that same drawer is coming off because it was stapled not screwed...

How many pets travel with you?

We travel with our Maltepoo princess. Her name is Coco. We never thought we would have a pet but a stormy summer afternoon changed all that. We found her running against traffic on a busy 4-lane road. While we tried to reunite her with her owners it only took 24 hours to fall in love.

Dodge Ram Laraime 3500 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed DRW 2013

You will love the Ram 3500 DRW. It is a work horse. Of course you will never again take the closest parking spot at Walmart. I never was a Dodge guy but felt it was the best package to tow our 5'er.
