I would take a look at the tires, (rating/wear) check the calking on the top where the fiberglass cap meets the roof membrane. Look for water stains on the ceilings & under the mattress. Check the rubber slide seals especially the top ones.These are all potential problem areas.

I too had the plastic end caps on the Atwood ladder crack. A call to Heartland refered me to R.V. factory warehouse. they had the parts but you get it stuck to you on the shipping. I think they have te ladder stand-offs too

I had a similiar situation with a big country, my light next to the stove was dead, i discovered the power to the light came from the hood, & that the hot wire wasn't in the wire nut. access was by taking down the hood. need a helper to hold things while you look , this may be a starting point

we're half timers for 2 years & notice too many 5th wheelers have very light single color carpet. darker tones with variegated colors are much easier to keep looking good especially in the mountains . personally not a big fan of leather

If your big country is an '11 grey in color the fading is very common . many of us have used a high gloss floor wax called ZEP. there are many posts here about its use & the process forapplying it. much less expensive than paint.

we have found that just about the time out propane tank needs to be switched over to the full one we get an odor from under the kitchen sink which is close to the location of both propane tanks. Until we finally realized this we were searching every where for the source of the odor.
