Mine was repaired at Heartland 2 years ago and it's starting to do the same thing also. When you take the weight off the landing gear now you can watch the bedroom slide shift also.
My 2012 Roadwarrior went to the factory service center last June for frame flex. It's still doing it just not as bad. Still cracking the caulk on the trim.
Took my 2012 Roadwarrior up to the service center last June for frame flex repair. As previously posted, very go people working there. Fixed my frame flex and some other things I didn't even ask them to. Well worth the 900 mile trip.
So glad to hear your parents are ok. But the Arkansas Highway Patrol would definitely be hearing from me if they had left my parents sitting on the side of the road. I know they had to be shook up and nervous. I know I would be.
Took my 2012 Roadwarrior to the factory last June to get frame flex repaired. Had delamination above the pin box area. Heartland repaired it free of charge. They replaced about 4 feet of fiberglass on both sides and I can't even see where the seam is. Did you contact Heartlands service center?
Look for leftover prior year ones. That's what I did and bought my 2012 Roadwarrior for 1/2 of msrp. It was 9 months old and dealer was ready to let it go.
What we are looking at here is the aluminum wall framing. It sits on top of a lip that is part of the steel framework. If this aluminum is cracking the steel framework behind it is probably cracked too.
the G614s will fit. in fact you will gain a little clearance between the tires. I changed out my 235/80/16 Towmaxes for 235/85/16 G614s on my triple axle RoadWarrior. the G614s were actually a hair shorter than the Towmaxes.
Must have just missed you. Picked up my 2012 Roadwarrior last Monday morning. Had the frame flex repaired. Looks like new again. great job by the guys there. They even replaced some bad light switches I didn't even tell them about. Was 200 miles down the road and stopped to get fuel when I...
I picked it up Monday. Yup that's where I was. Great service. Delivered it to them last Monday for frame flex repair on a 4 year old Roadwarrior. Picked it up this last Monday.
Just want to thank Darrell and the guys at Heartlands service center for the frame flex repair. No more movement and after the rough roads in Indiana I'm surprised I have any axles left. I didn't notice till I stopped to buy fuel that they had replaced my fenders also. The old ones had cracks in...
pull up your registers and check the gap between the duct and the floor. I had a fairly large gap between the duct and the floor . Duct taped the gaps and now I have a lot better airflow to living room registers.
My ramp door is failing also. Contacted Lippert and they sent me the latest and greatest new ramp door. Looks just like my old one. No difference at all. DO NOT leave these doors open in rain!
I work on aircraft everyday and a lot of that work involves changing tires. we use calibrated tire gages that are recalibrated monthly. I took my 3 tire gages from home and compared them to one of our calibrated gages. I own tire gages that range from the expensive trucker gage to the elcheapo...
my appointment with the factory is june 13th. got a few other issues I want them to look at while I'm there. just glad they are willing to fix the flex problem. my fiberglass is actually buckeling a little when I hook up. I 've heard good stories about the factory service center. hope they were...
just got authorization to bring my 2012 Roadwarrior to factory for my frame flex issues. said they would repair it as a goodwill gesture. 4 years old and they still stand behind it.
my 2012 roadwarrior has frame flex at the pinbox. just got authorization and date to bring it to factory for repairs. 4 years old and Heartland still stands behind it.
my 2012 Roadwarrio has done this since new. I emailed pictures to Heartland during the warranty period but to no avail. They said some flex was normal. I reseal and reseal but everytime I hitch up it opens back up. Water is seeping in and now the walls are starting to delaminate. Good luck. O f...
my 2012 Roadwarrior has done this since new. I contacted Heartland and sent pictures. I was told to removed the trim and pull out one of the lag bolts and measure it.I did and they said they were the right lenght. They set me a new piece of molding. Thats all. Never offered to repair. Its still...
My 2012 Roadwarrior air conditioner won't cut off when it gets to the preset temp. when set at 72 degrees it cuts off when the temp reaches 64 degrees. is this a problem with the thermostat or control board.?
I have the same problem. I just use a wrench and back the bolts off a little on the impeller case and it works just fine. it only takes a little bit and doesn't leak.just remember to tighten back up.
i had that happen to me right after I serviced the reservoir on my Roadwarrior. I worried with it all day till I noticed I had pulled a wire loose from the leg that goes to the limiter. Hooked wire back up and it worked like new.
contact Lippert directly. Thats what I did after getting the runaround from Heartland on my door. It was coming apart at the bottom hinges. I sent Lippert the pictures and they agreed to replace the door. But I didn"t buy my RW locally because the closest dealer is 200 miles away so no dealer...
