The freezer on brand-new 2014 road warrior does not seem to keep the temperature low enough to freeze we allowed multiple day but wont work.

We are running our new 2014 rw415 on the generater and the main ac keeps tripping the breaker? We tried to shut off the battery un plug from house size power let sit for an hour then reboot all and still trips almost instantly? We are full timers but have slept in brand new rv one time:(...

We had barely used our new trailer and have had a few adjustments made at the service department on the slides that were not engaging with the weather stripping. Now a few lights no turning on. Are there some other things we should investigate prior to taking it in again. Thanks for your feed back.

The slide on our brand new 2014 rw 415 in the kitchen and living area slide is out of adjustment. Is this tupical in heartland models? I am hauling it back to service friday to get issue resolved but would like advice on anything else the tech should go over prior to leaving.
