Have my BC parked right next to a Cyclone in the place that i store it. Checked just to see if his front was also sagging and it was. He had put so screws in it to hold it up. Looks like it may be an inherent problem on Heartland products. Can we say class action!!! I would join.
Test drove a new Ford, WOW is all I can say! Oh trading in my 2005 F-250 6.0 49,500 miles and ordered the new one a couple days ago. Not because I had any problems with it, none at all, just couldn't resist. What a truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is Filon on mine and here is the price they quoted me for a 2009 BC 3250. The cost of that piece would be 236.85 plus crate and freight. I'm sure most would be close.
Here is the factory reply. Just an FYI. I will be pulling it apart soon.
Hello Bill,
The bulkhead cover is not adhered (no adhesive is used) to the frame work. The bulkhead cover is screwed into place around the outside edges. When the bulkhead cover is sagging/delaminating as it shows in the...
What was it originally attached to. I didn't see any moisture when I looked but it could have dried. Above the sagging area is the metal structure. Above that is the wood flooring. Not sure how it was originally attached. I didn't take it completely down and look but didn't see where it was...
Took our 2009 BC 3250 out a couple weekends ago. When I went to get in the hatch under the front it hit the fiberglass and I had to lift the fiberglass a couple of inches to use the hold up latch. Called our dealer and he said it was most likely delamination and would not be covered under...
We have found that they cut the linoleum short on the kitchen register. Not the one by the counter but the one towards the LR on our 3250 TS. It looks like shoddy workmanship. We glued it down but if you look close the linoleum is not under the register.
2005 f-250
Have a 2005 F-250 and have had zero problems. We have 36,000 on it and bought in early 06 so was a late 05 model. Pull a Big Country 3250TS with a 16 ft deep V Smokercraft behind and it pulls very well. It has the tow package and the camper package so it's like the F-350 with the...
Stolen TV
This must be happing all over. They got our TV out of our locked Big Country. Lincoln, NE. It was at a storage facility with an 8 foot fence around it. They got 7 there and hit the 2 dealerships in town and got more. They hit the dealers again a week later. We had the door locked but...
Fan
Thank you! It is very quiet. You can't hear it run if your looking at it. When I test them the only way I know they are running is by the fan turning. It is just a two wire hookup. Red to positive and black to ground. On the back of my refrigerator (big country) in the compartment it has a...
I made one of these for my own and a couple friends fifth wheels (2009 Heartland Big Country 3250TS) and decided to see if someone else may want to try these out. 1/2 amp fused. On/Off switch. 25.6 cfm fan. .083 amps. Extra fuse, mounting screws and Velcro (in case you don't want to drill holes)...
2009 Big Country
Picked up our 2009 Big Country 3250TS on 2/23/2008. Very pleased with it and the Dealer, Rich and Sons in Grand Island NE. is excellent and I would really recommend them. Tried out everything we could but a little cold for our first outing. Planning to get it out as soon as we...
thanks
Thanks for the welcome! Our priors were a 2007 Forest River Sandpiper 305RLW (trading in on Big Country) and a Starcraft Aruba 275 RK. Both were nice units and actually the Sandpiper was a little longer but only 2 slides and the entertainment center was pretty far from the recliners...
Just purchaced a 2009 3250TS. It's our 3rd 5th wheel so we're not newbees. Picking up on 2/23/2009. Looking forward to our first shakedown trip. Glad to see this site and all the info it provides. I will let you know later how we like it!
Took the plunge and purchased a Big Country 3250TS. DW loved the floor plan. 3rd, 5th wheel and hope it's built as well as the Sandpiper 305 RLW and Starcraft Aruba we previously had. Looks like an excellent unit and we're glad to be a part of the Heartland family.
