Thanks for all the information guys!! Love this forum. I am able to move the jacks manually with the crank without breaking my arms off, so I'm not sure it's a lubrication issue. It's just so bizarre. The motor runs really slow and just sounds like it's working really hard...then just stops...

Skeptical Yeah, I called my dealer and asked them to check with Heartland...they said they did and the factory told them wiring was stubbed out at vents to install power vents...but I'm not confident that it is the case. My rig is an 09 and maybe they are doing that now...but I guess I won't...
