Well I had a rv tech isolate the pump, after I had installed the 3rd valve, and it did the exact same thing. The pump is original.

Just got to a new campground. To answer your question, no the pump never builds pressure enough to shut off on the switch. You must physically turn the pump on if you want water, then you must shut it off when your done using whatever faucet or toilet you were using, otherwise it runs non stop...

It a appears to be plumbed correctly.

Camping world gave Heartland a ridiculous estimate for repairs, so now HL wants us to have the work done at the factory. They say they will pick it up at our location, and once done they will deliver it back to us. That's ok, but the problem is being fulltimers with 2 dogs, and no house to fly...

The microwave/convection oven arrived yesterday from Heartland. It arrived on time exactly as they said it would. Installed it this morning, and it's working great. Thank you Heartland! :-)
